High Protein Blueberry Apple Yoghurt bowl
This quick recipe can be thrown together in no time for those days when you need to run out of the door. This breakfast or afternoon snack recipe is high in protein with 18g per serving. What's more, it has plenty of gut-loving ingredients to feed those friendly bacteria and will keep your blood sugars in check to stop those afternoon dips when we reach for the biscuits!
Ingredients-
150g Sheep’s yoghurt- you can use natural yoghurt or Greek yoghurt as an alternative. Greek yoghurt will be higher in protein
5g Collagen powder- I use Ancient and Brave Wild Collagen
5g Ground flaxseeds
10g Chia seeds
15g/ 1 teaspoon almond butter
5g Bee pollen
1 Small Apple
Hanful of Blueberries
Total protein- 18g
Instructions-
Mix the sheep’s yoghurt with collagen powder, ground flax & chia seeds. Chop the apple and lay on top of the yoghurt. Add the blueberries, drizzle with almond butter and sprinkle with bee pollen.
