Hi, I’m Natalie—a nutritional therapist and busy mum who understands the challenges of balancing fitness, performance, and everyday life. Like many of my clients, I’ve faced the frustration of pushing hard in training while dealing with unexplained health setbacks like gut disturbances, niggling injuries, and hormonal imbalances that disrupted my progress.

My journey into nutritional therapy began after struggling with gut disturbances that took over my life, affecting my training performance and everyday life. I now understand how much stress, nutrition, and lifestyle impact our ability to perform, recover, and feel our best, leading me to specialise in supporting busy, active individuals—helping them enhance performance, prevent burnout, and train smarter without sacrificing health.

With a strong passion for fitness, exercise, and performance nutrition, I integrate nutritional therapy with sports and exercise to help clients reach their full potential. My approach is root-cause-focused, using a food-first, natural strategy to optimise digestion, energy, and recovery while ensuring that everything in the body works harmoniously. I use functional testing to individualise nutrition and lifestyle interventions so my clients receive tailored support rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
