Nutrition for recreational athletes who want to train well and feel good doing it.
A health-led approach to nutrition that supports energy, resilience, and sustainable performance
Helping active adults make sense of what their body needs to support training, recovery, energy and long-term health, with specialist support for neurodivergent needs.
When your body starts telling you something.
You train regularly and have goals. Maybe you’re training for a race or event, trying to improve your fitness, or simply want to feel stronger and fitter.
But somewhere along the way, things have started to feel a bit harder.
You’re tired more often. Some training sessions feel harder than they should. You’re getting little niggles that seem to hang around, or you’re not bouncing back between sessions as well as you’d like. Maybe you’ve had to pull out of that event you were really looking forward to because you’ve ended up exhausted, run down or simply unable to keep up with the training.
And then there’s everything else. Work, family, trying to fit your training in around a busy life. Maybe you’re also noticing changes in your hormones and wondering why things that used to work for you don’t seem to be working anymore. You’re eating well and exercising, but your weight is creeping up, your energy is all over the place and you’re finding it harder to get the results you want.
There may be more to it than simply needing to eat better.
As a nutritional therapist, I look beyond your training and food intake to understand what might be contributing to how you’re feeling. We can look at your nutrition alongside your symptoms, health, hormones, digestion, lifestyle and training demands to understand what your body needs and where there may be gaps or underlying factors worth exploring.
The aim is to understand what’s going on for you, so we can work out what your body needs to support both your health and your training.

A little about me
I’m Natalie, a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in sport and exercise nutrition.
I work with active adults who want to train well and feel good doing it, particularly when things aren’t quite adding up and they want to understand why.
My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with a nutritional therapy perspective, looking at the individual rather than separating health from performance.
I also have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent people, where things like executive function, sensory preferences, routines and appetite can make nutrition and fuelling more complicated.
