About me

I am Natalie, a nutritional therapist specialising in sport and exercise nutrition.

I work with neurodivergent adults and busy, active individuals, including those navigating perimenopause, who want to optimise their health so they can train, perform, and live better.

My approach is both scientific and human. I combine nutritional science with trauma-informed, nervous-system aware practice, helping clients address underlying health issues while building strategies that support long-term performance rather than short-term fixes.
